Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your use (including access, browsing, and/or use of any interactive features) of those portions of the Soulsara® website accessible at www.soulsara.com, as well as any other Soulsara® websites or web pages accessible through the Soulsara® website or other promotional websites Soulsara® hosts or sponsors such as pages on third-party social networking services, directed at consumers in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, including those portions of the Soulsara® website accessible by going to www.soulsara.com and selecting “languages” and then your country in the appropriate region (collectively the “Sites”).

Please see the separate terms of use applicable to other country-specific or region-specific web pages available on those pages when you access them through www.soulsara.com or through other promotional websites.

Use of the Sites is subject to these legally binding Terms and constitutes your agreement to be bound by and to act in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the Sites and you agree to be bound by such changes.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Soulsara® companies worldwide (“Soulsara®”) own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Sites and/or own the content and applications on the Sites (including on social network websites).

Soulsara® owns all copyrights for all material on the Sites or has a valid right from a third party to use the material on the Sites. Soulsara® also owns all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names used on or in connection with the Sites or has a valid right from a third party to use any such material. Any modification or use of the materials from the Sites for any purpose not explicitly permitted is a violation of Soulsara's copyright and other proprietary rights.

No part of the Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner whatsoever, except for viewing purposes, without the prior written consent of Soulsara®. This prohibition also includes framing any content from the Sites, as well as unauthorized linking.

Use of and browsing in the Sites are at your own risk. Neither Soulsara® nor any party representing or otherwise affiliated with Soulsara® in creating or presenting the Sites are liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Sites. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Third Party Website and Information

Soulsara® is not responsible for third-party websites that link to or from the Sites. Soulsara® does not endorse any such sites or the goods or services offered on such sites. Soulsara® disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy of any of the information provided on such linked sites and any goods or services provided or purchased from such sites. Soulsara® shall not be held liable or responsible for the content of any sites that link to or from the Sites.

The failure on the part of Soulsara® to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any of Soulsara's rights hereunder for past or future actions.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Soulsara®, its holding company nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Soulsara®, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Any dispute over the content or use of the UK Site shall be governed by the substantive laws of England and Wales, and the jurisdiction and venue of any such action shall be vested exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulsara® with respect to the use of the Sites.

Soulsara® may change these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Sites. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. The continued use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to any revised Terms.

The Sites are not intended to provide any medical information or any other kind of advice.

By Shopping on our website, you also agree to our Return and refund policy. All customers are required to read and accept our Return and Refund policies and terms of conditions before purchase. We are not liable for any disputes that arise afterwards.

SHIPPING

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you place your order, and item availability. Shipping costs All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout; however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the EU, taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by local tax authorities and differ from country to country and will be based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product.

The responsibility is the recipient’s, and it will not be accepted as a reason for refusing the package.

Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia.

When you process your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost, and the estimated delivery date. When placing the order, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date. Then you can track it from your account or, if you purchased as a guest, from the link in any of the emails we have sent you about your purchase with tracking information.

Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

Please remember that the shipping address of your order must be in the same market/region as where you made the purchase.

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability.

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. Sometimes we will offer to send your order items in multiple deliveries, depending on their availability, so that you receive them as soon as possible.

Once the purchase has been completed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed .

HOME DELIVERY

We only offer home delivery at this point.

Remember that orders including a large HOMEWARE item will be charged a corresponding delivery rate.

As a small, growing business dedicated to sustainable and responsible shopping, we ask kindly that you carefully read product descriptions, return policies, and check sizing before placing an order.

Return Eligibility:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and 28 days to return the product to our warehouse.

If the item arrives damaged, you can ask for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. After receiving a replacement if you change your mind, please note we can only offer you a store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our returns portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions. You may need to provide a reason and photos for some items.

Registered users can request returns or exchanges from their orders page. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return. Returns requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your return request is processed, we will promptly email you return instructions along with the warehouse address.

Please note that our shipping originates from  United Kingdom. 

Kindly be aware that customers are responsible for organizing their own return shipping and covering the associated costs, unless otherwise specified in the return instruction email. Additionally, please note that if you are based outside the United Kingdom, your return address is our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

For items shipped with free shipping, a return fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee for your first return. For subsequent returns, a £5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return Instructions:

Upon receiving return confirmation and instructions, ship the item to the address provided. Ensure the item arrives at our warehouse within 28 days to qualify for a refund. Items must be in their original condition with all labels and tags intact. Visible signs of use or damage will result in a partial refund or store credit. Return the product within the same market/region where the purchase was made. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any suitable packaging, provided it is securely sealed.

Refund & Exchange Conditions:

Items must be in original condition with all labels intact to qualify for a refund or exchange. For Swimwear hygiene sticker should be intact. We can't accept return of items such as earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. If you never received the item or received the wrong item, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Once the return is processed, we will email you a confirmation. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, use the email confirmation to contact your bank for assistance.

Special Terms & Conditions:

Accessories must be returned with their original packaging. Homeware items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and condition. Packs must be returned in full and cannot be returned separately. Items with special packaging or additional accessories must be returned with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 1 year.
